INJUSTICE!Injustice
When services that we pay to protect us,
COMPLETELY FAIL!

Kelly Yeomans: Age 13.

Respect:
The smiling face of a sweet young innocent child that just wanted to be treated like anyone else.
Do we blame the children that harassed her, or do we apportion the blame on parents, and education?
The main responsibility for any child, quite often lies within their own homes, and at teaching institutions.
Education should really be teaching them to respect each other, and it could be described to be as important as life itself.

How would you feel if Kelly had been your daughter, Wouldn't you be calling for change?

Kelly Yeomans. Kelly Yeomans.

Harassed: Education quite often hides itself behind the politically correct facade.
Which effectively produces tutors that are too afraid to speak out for the fear of losing their jobs.
Therefore governments need to change these pointless and somewhat dangerous concepts within these governmental establishments.
Educationists profess that not being able to correctly inform a child, that what they're doing is wrong, can become a very dangerous concept within itself, and could be described as suppressing knowledge.
How can any child be taught without being told in no uncertain terms, that harassment and bullying is wrong?

Many children have died due to the same inhumane treatment.
And what needs to be understood is that there are children out there right now, in the very same situation!
Too afraid to tell anyone how they feel in case it gets worse, and why would it get worse?
Because once they tell someone, then that informed person has to step up, and take charge, and sadly its something very few people have the confidence to accomplish.

Passing the buck seems to be a method of avoiding awkward situations, due to constraints of what you're allowed to say or even do.
It needs to change, there has to be a better way to punish the offenders, and bring them to see what they are doing wrong.
I'm not advocating physical punishment, that would simply backfire, but words are a very powerful persuader, and a carefully scripted role play lesson, could easily reach their developing minds.
Not all children have the ability to learn as quickly as others, so maybe with a class set aside, or a special lesson period devoted to teaching them would have the desired affect.

Something on the lines of acting, and possibly putting the bullies into the role of being bullied themselves, but made effective enough for them to understand.
This would not only benefit the children, but also improve society in general.
A benefit that could see children like Kelly having an equal opportunity of life, which is really the way, it should have always been.

If you are such a child being bullied and you're reading this, then you must tell someone, and get help.
Don't be afraid, these people that torment you, will one day have to grow up and then live with what they have done to you!
This is not just words, its a fact, so tell someone, you will be surprised how many people will want to support you.

Never tolerate a bully ... Expose them!

VICTIMISED AND TOTALLY DISRESPECTED!

Despair.

Bullied:
Kelly Yeomans was just 13 years old, and she died in complete despair.
Tormented, bullied, and totally disrespected as a human being!
She felt victimised even in her own home, as she was used as a dogsbody for everyone else.
Even out in the streets she was verbally abused about her dress sense, her weight, and even her looks.
She had her glasses broken, her new trainers and schoolbag were thrown in the trash by bullies.

Violence towards her included bruising and even pencil stab wounds all over her back
There had been over thirty complaints to her school, and they were all simply ignored.
This heartbreaking story, will one day come back to haunt those responsible, and to those that looked the other way.

In later life, they will possibly seek, but never find forgiveness, because Kelly's life is now gone, forever!
The tragedy of this, and many others, are due to both ignorance and pointless rules made by the PC factors of Government.
It doesn't work, it never did, so think again!

Kelly Yeomans. Her home was pelted with eggs.

Disrespected:
In the days running up to Kelly's death...
There was a spate of attacks on her home using eggs.
A former neighbour named as 'Wendy Butler' stated that she had seen Kelly being treated 'like a little slave' by her own mother at home.
At her inquest one of her tormentors admitted that Kelly was called a 'tramp', 'bastard', and 'fatty' ... How must she have felt?

He said that she was odd, because she wore old fashioned clothes, and she was an easy target.
Did any of those kids ever realise that its actually globally friendly to wear older clothes?
And do they even understand that the oddest people of all, were those spineless individuals that had picked upon Kelly?

Take another look at kelly's picture, and let it sink in, that she was just growing up, and she was actually a sweet and very respectful child.
No-one deserves this kind of harassment, and the results of which you can clearly see for yourselves, has taken away yet another decent, and innocent human being.
You could conclude from all this that now would be a good time to talk to your own children, because they will never volunteer information of being bullied, so check with them!

Kelly Yeomans. Harassed to her death.

Robbed Of Life: The school claimed that they had a strict policy against bullying?
Further to the complaints, they stated that the pupils were all warned?
Note the question marks!

Five youths have been given attendance centre orders.
They had admitted all the harassment charges.
Kelly is gone, and we can't bring her back, but we could prevent others that are out there right now suffering, the same inhumane treatment.

Some may say, Kelly's life has ended?
But it could be argued that it never really began, and all thanks to her pointless harassers?
Its never death that anyone should ever fear, it's the never having lived that should scare the hell out of them!

Suicide:
Kelly had taken 13 times the minimum lethal dose of pain killers.
These were actually for her mothers knee joint pain.
She was discovered dead in her bedroom by her father Ivan Yeomans.
Losing any child is damaging to a family.
What is very strange, is the fact that Kelly had told her parents that she was going to kill herself.

And although this information was released, it contained absolutely no response from them?
Its important not just to love your children, but to tell them that you do!
Because it forms part of their self worth, and by hearing that someone cares about them, can often be a life saver.

Maybe to some children, they feel they are pretty, and others are less than what they are, but they're wrong!
If that's the way your mind works, then maybe try adding some beauty to your minds, by never judging others.
One day you will get old, and your looks will fade ... How will you feel when someone calls you names?
And it will happen, because you will always inherit your own bad treatment of others.

We all reap what we sow.

Kelly Yeomans. (May 22 1984 - September 28 1997).

RIP.
